Tux Paint: Crayons That Never Go Dull

[Scan]

While it won't help you produce a Hollywood blockbuster like Cinelerra, Tux Paint will keep your kids (and you) entertained for hours on end.

Tux Paint is a drawing program designed for young kids. It has a simple interface, and includes sound effects and a thumbnail browser that allows kids to recall previous images without direct access to the filesystem (so don't worry about finding little mustaches drawn all over the family photos you've digitized).

Part of the Debian Jr. and Tux4Kids project, Tux Paint is free GNU GPL software. You need the Simple DirectMedia Layer multimedia library (http://www.libsdl.org) to run Tux Paint, and you can grab Tux Paint at http://www.newbreedsoftware.com/tuxpaint.
